Can I use any TV?
Yes. Nento works with virtually any TV, whatever the brand or operating system. Use our dedicated signage device or your own, or download the Nento app on supported platforms such as Google Play, Amazon Fire TV and Roku. Existing TVs or new ones, we turn them into professional digital menu boards.

Can you integrate with my POS?
Yes. Nento integrates with many POS systems and we keep adding more. With POS integration your menu information stays connected, so pricing and item updates don’t have to be made in several places. If your POS isn’t integrated yet, our team can work with you to add it.

Can I play one video or image across multiple screens at the same time?
Yes, that’s called a TV wall, and Nento makes it easy. Sync multiple TVs to show one video or piece of content across all your screens at once, wirelessly with our devices, without the complicated wiring and expensive equipment of traditional video walls.

Can I split my screen?
Yes. Split your TV into multiple sections and show different content at the same time: cable TV, promotions, YouTube videos, news, weather, menus, social media and more. You decide what goes where and how much space each section gets.

Can I schedule my content?
Yes. Schedule menus, promotions and videos to appear automatically at the day and time you choose: breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon, dinner at night, happy hour or weekend specials. Prepare holiday content ahead of time and it goes up and comes down on its own.

How do I pair my screen?
It takes seconds. Connect your Nento device or open the Nento app on your TV and a pairing code appears on screen. Enter that code in your Nento account and your screen is connected, ready for menus, promotions and videos.

Does Nento work without internet?
Yes. Your downloaded menus, promotions and videos keep playing normally without an internet connection. You can even connect your phone directly to the Nento device to upload content locally, and when the internet returns the device reconnects and syncs automatically.

Can I use Nento for multiple locations?
Yes. Manage multiple locations, screens and screen groups from one account. Group screens by location, region, restaurant or screen type and push content to all of them in one go, whether you have 1, 10, 100 or 1,000 locations.

Do I need a computer to use Nento?
No. Download the Menuonline Remote app on your phone and manage your content and screens from virtually anywhere. Prefer a computer or tablet? Log in to your Nento account from any web browser.

Can I share my content on social media?
Yes. Take the content you’ve created for your screens and share it to social media in one click, so your promotions, specials and new items reach your customers online as well as in your restaurant.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you’re not happy with the content our team creates, we’ll revise it until you are. And with our do-it-yourself program there’s no long-term contract.

How many remotes do I need?
Just one: your phone. Our Bluetooth remote app lets you connect to and control all your Nento devices, whether you have one screen or many. No extra remotes needed.

Can I cancel any time?
There’s no contract with our DIY plan, so you can cancel any time. Our full-service plan comes with a term.
