How to Connect Your Screens to Nento

How it Works
Install the Nento App
Download and install the Nento Digital Signage Player app from the Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or directly from our downloads page. Open the app on your screen.

Get Your Pairing Code
Once the app is launched, a unique 6-digit Pairing Code will appear on your TV screen. This code identifies your hardware to our cloud server.

Pair via the Nento Dashboard
Log in to your Nento Dashboard. Navigate to the “Screens” section and click “Add Screen.” Enter the code shown on your TV, give your screen a name (e.g., “Main Lobby” or “Menu Board 1”), and click Connect.

Does Nento provide a TV, or do I need to purchase my own?
Nento only provides the device that connects to your TV. You can also use any of our apps. With our cloud system, you can control and customize your content easily. Click here to see how you can upload content to your TV in minutes.
Is this a one-time payment or a monthly fee?
Our service offers monthly subscriptions for digital signage solutions, providing cloud-based technology for screen updates and access to a library of templates. Clients can choose from different plans to suit their budgetary needs.
What size TV would be suitable for my needs?
Our device can work with any monitor, screen, or TV as long as it has an HDMI input.
Do your devices have any manufacturer warranty?
Our devices come with a 1-year warranty that can be extended at the time of purchase of any one of our packages. Please talk to a sales representative and ask for extended warranty coverage.
Is there any kind of contract that I'm going to be tied to if I sign up?

We offer a structured training session to acquaint you with all features. Additionally, video tutorials are accessible through our application and YouTube channel for supplemental guidance.
Do I require one device per screen?
Yes, if you want all the screens to display different content, you will require one device per screen.
I'm not very proficient with computers; would it be possible for someone to demonstrate how to do this?
Certainly! Our hours of operation are 9AM – 9PM CST Mon-Fri and 10AM – 6PM CST on Saturdays. Holidays may affect our business hours. It would be our utmost pleasure to guide you in designing your menu and/or navigating our system.
Can your device create a 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 video wall to display my content?
To create a 2×2, 3×3, or even 4×4 video wall, you only need one Nento device per TV. No splitter needed. All screens stay perfectly synced through our system and server.
Would I be able to run regular TV stream on the Nento system?
No, Nento does not have this feature directly; however, you can run live TV through YouTube TV or a 3rd party app, which provides up to 20,000 channels from all over the world including PPV channels and paid subscription platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime).
Is an internet connection required to run my content?
You can use it with or without internet. With our system, just connect through Bluetooth and use the app to upload your content. This setup is recommended for locations with weak internet, no internet, or frequent outages.
What is Nento's cancellation policy?
A customer can cancel anytime they please. However, a cancellation fee of 2 months will be charged, and all equipment must be returned before 10 working days following the cancellation request at unsubscribe.mycircle.net.
